How Skills Work
Skills are small instruction files that teach your assistant how to use specific tools. They live in the skills/ directory of your workspace.
When you ask your assistant to do something, it reads the relevant skill file and uses the appropriate commands.
Built-in Skills
Clawdbot comes with several built-in skills:
- Web Search — Search the web using Brave Search
- Web Fetch — Read web pages and extract content
- Browser — Full browser automation
- File System — Read and write files
- Shell — Execute commands
Installing Skills from ClawdHub
ClawdHub is a community marketplace for skills. Install skills with:
clawdhub install gog
This installs the "gog" skill for Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
